'I loved the pasta and learned to make this rich dish from frequent restaurant visits,' she notes from Waveland, Mississippi. Tip: Valerie recommends preparing it with spinach fettuccine if it's available at your supermarket."

INGREDIENTS
1 (12 ounce) package fettuccine
3 cups cubed fully cooked ham
2 cups frozen peas, thawed
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream

DIRECTIONS
In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain. In the same pan, heat the ham; add the peas, Parmesan cheese, cream and fettuccine. Cook and stir until heated through.

This was so easy and tasty. I added onion flakes and a clove of garlic too. It wasn't super apealing look wise as the sauce is somewhat lumpy, but boy it tasted good. Great to use some of that Easter Ham! Thank you.
