Was looking for a way to use some of the dill that "volunteered" in my garden and was growing EVERYWHERE! I enjoyed this dressing although I used Miracle Whip and I'm sure I'd prefer mayo. Also used 2% milk with a little lemon juice added for extra zip.

This made the best pasta salad my family has ever eaten! I used ingredients on hand- substitued half and half for the evaporated milk, and used salt-free mixed seasoning (like Mrs. Dashs'). I used a combination of miracle whip & garlic mayo. I also adjusted the quantities to match the quantity of pasta I had. I used this to top a simple pasta salad of rainbow pasta, onion, shredded carrot, gr.pepper, celery, and flaked white tuna. It was excellent the first day, even better in lunches through the week. Stayed fresh and tasty for 3-4 days!!!!
