This was really pretty good. It was actually really creamy. I used Velveeta cheese cubed anwheat saltines. I think the velveeta made it more creamy. This will be on my favorites list.

the onion in this recipe really grossed me out. If i ever made it again i would not do onion or carrots. i would add more noodles and cheese and use ritz crackers on top.

I make this all the time, but dont drain the whole corn and use 1 cup uncooked noodles, plus I use approx. 3/4 cup Velveeta and 3-4TBLS butter/margarine, and leave out the carrots and cracker crumbs off the top, make sure to stir while baking.

This is really interesting. I omitted the carrots b/c I didn't have any. I also used shredded cheddar. I will try this again but will put more cheese in it. Very easy to make.
