I made this for my bf and me a few days ago for lunch. I used only 3 chix breasts, but kept the original measurements for 8 servings given all the comments about wanting more sauce. Since I'm lactose intolerant, I used a cashew/almond creme that I got from Whole Foods instead of the heavy cream and milk, and I also used gluten free brown rice pasta bc I'm wheat intolerant. I forgot the onion, and only added the green onion, which I thought was going to be overpowering. I also added left over carrots and some zucchini to get rid of stuff in the fridge and for more color. After a little while, the flavor mellowed out, especially the next day. We both loved it! A keeper!
