INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup instant rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (15 ounce) can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 (5 ounce) can chunk white chicken, drained
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 pinch pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a saucepan, cook rice in water according to package directions. add the remaining ingredients; heat through.
