This was a very good recipe. It was quick and easy to make and the sour cream made it very creamy. I didn't have the pimentos. I added canned mushrooms. I added some garlic...one of my favorite spices, I didn't add much though. I used crackers instead of brad crumbs and also added some ccheddar cheese to the top. That added some great flavor to this dish. I will make this again!

We thought this was just OK. It was definitely quick and easy, and I had all the ingredients on hand, but it was rather bland. It might be OK as a base, but I wouldn't make it again on its own.

I made this for a large group of college students and they were in heaven. I must admit I was surprised. It is easy to make and just like home. When I make it again I might add a bit more bread crumbs to the top.
