I tried this recipe because I had most of the ingredients on hand. I skipped the corn and added lots of chopped onions, and chopped green and red peppers. Also I added a jar of sliced mushrooms and plenty of garlic powder and onion powder. I loved it, and my husband loved it. This recipe tastes like a creamy ground beef stroganoff. Simple and delicious.

This was a very good recipe. It was quick and easy to make and the sour cream made it very creamy. I didn't have the pimentos. I added canned mushrooms. I added some garlic...one of my favorite spices, I didn't add much though. I used crackers instead of brad crumbs and also added some ccheddar cheese to the top. That added some great flavor to this dish. I will make this again!

I made this for a large group of college students and they were in heaven. I must admit I was surprised. It is easy to make and just like home. When I make it again I might add a bit more bread crumbs to the top.

I actually topped this casserole with cheese instead of crackers. It really tasted great. The corn mixed gave it the sweet touch it needed.

This is the ultimate in confort food! Very filling and very creamy. Most recipes on here I try once and never make again, this i'll be using over and over, especially on a cold, rainy day. The only things I did differently: I seasoned to suit my family's tastes, and used a sleeve of Ritz crackers, cruhsed, instead of breadcrumbs. Thanks for the yummy recipe!

I am actually making this for dinner tonight for the first time. I just made a few changes...to the ground beef and onion I added garlic powder, salt, pepper and some worcesterhire sauce and browned meat until no longer pink. Instead of corn I used Steam Fresh mixed veggies to add some color also added a bit more garlic in the mixture along w/ some more pepper plus French's onions on top instead of bread crumb. I taste as I go so far so good...just need to throw it in the oven.

This was so good. I left out the pimientos and used Wow potato chips as the topping. Made it nice and crunchy! This is a keeper.

It was alright, but very bland. I had to add more spices like taco seasoning and chipotle powder...Realistically it was more like a hamburger helper but not so processed. I liked the veg in it, but still not my favorite.
