My husband, who is not particularly fond of any banana cream pie LOVED this and wants it again, as did the rest of the family. It was easy, quick and delicious. I'll definitely be making it again.
I made this recipe, but I accidently forgot to add the lemon juice, so my topping didn't set and was very runny, but it was delicious anyway.
With the lemon juice I'm sure it would have turned out perfectly.
Very easy to make but looks impressive.
