It was ok. I used yogurt instead of mayo (not a mayo fan). I just didn't love the romaine with the other stuff (not my pref. but a good way to get kids to eat greens with fruit I guess).

What a fresh surprise! The banana/mayo dressing is just the right amount of sweet. Even my meat loving husband liked it. I substituted vegenaise for the mayo and erythitol for regular sugar. Tasted fantastic. I also used honey roasted peanuts instead of plain nuts I will definteley make again

Wow this is delicious!!! I used slightly less mayo and used raspberries and walnuts instead of strawberries and peanuts because that's what I had. All in all this dressing came out wonderfully!! Thank you for the recipe!!!

Bananas, strawberries and salted peanuts - what is not to love about those ingredients? This salad is light and so refreshing. Served it with grilled chicken and it hit the spot. Loved the dressing - I made it as written. Thanks Nancye for sharing.

Mmmmm. This was really great. Very creamy dressing too and it didn't taste mayonaissey which I was afraid it would. I used a whole banana in the dressing though. I used chopped walnuts instead of peanuts and used baby spinach leaves. Such a delicious salad and light and refreshing! Thanks for sharing this Nancye.

I followed what others did and didn't add as much mayonnaise and it was great, I think with more it would have been too overpowering. My guests loved it and I think this is one I will make more often. Great way to eat more fruit.

Awesome recipe! Loved the dressing but I did cut the mayo down to 1.5 tbsp. My husband also loved this combination. A++

I was intrigued by this and it was indeed delicious! Try using half of the mayo and add more to taste. Very good!

Delicious! But: The mayonnaise was a little too much for me. I used half the amount, and substituted the rest with yogurt. I also added extra lemon juice to thin it out a bit, both in texture and in flavor. I did not have strawberries or any other fresh fruit around the house, but was pleasantly surprised that it works (almost) as well with veggies.

This salad was such a surprize! It was so delicious and tasted like no salad I have ever had. My guests were skeptical at first, but upset when they didn't get seconds!
