I did not like the sour cream filling, it made the pie look grey in color and curdled.

I love this recipe b/c it's a little healthier than many of the other apple pie recipes - obviously it's PIE and not a health food -but it's a better! The only change I made was I used non-fat plain yogurt in the place of the sour cream (b/c that's what I had on hand). It turned out very well!

I won 3rd place in a pie baking contest with this recipe. Very easy to make, and the thick topping is a winner.

This was delicious!! Took it for Thanksgiving Dinner and my boyfriends whole family thought it was better than apple pie and asked for my recipe!! This is my new favorite recipe, skip the traditional apple pie and make this!!

This was just an ok apple pie recipe. I didn't think there was anything really special about it though. Maybe adding some caramel ice cream topping over the top would give it a little more zing.
