YUMMMY!!!!! Wow, what a great way to use up some left over Thanksgiving turkey. The first time I made it, I tossed about 1/2 cup of frozen peas, some grated parm, and altered it to include 2 cans of c of m soup instead of 1. My boyfriend asked for it again the first week of December. The second time I made it with 2 small spanish yellow onions instead of the green onions. The green onions were better and more colorful. Over all this is a staple and on the rotation at our house. He is a very hard critic to please, so check this out... it is worth it. Great recipe!

I gave this 5 stars because it is simple and tasty. It reminded me of a stroganoff, and it's really easy to change to what you have on hand (egg noodles instead of bow ties, different veggies, etc). It's a great recipe for leftover turkey! Thanks for sharing!

Followed this recipe to a "t" and didn't quite care for it. I felt it was far too dry and it doesn't keep well in the refrigerator for leftovers.

I made this exactly as written except for the Sour Cream (I didnt have any). I will make it again with the sour cream just to spice it up. It was easy to make, easy clean-up and tasted great.

I couldn't decide whether to rate this a 2 or 3. I chose the 3 because the recipe is edible and isn't disgusting by no means, but it lacks any taste whatsoever. I think the celery added the most taste, if that tells you anything. I will not be making this again.

My family loves celery so this dish was a perfect match for us. I think the flavors mixed well.

I feel bad for giving someone's recipe a bad review. I consider myself a decent cook. I looked at this recipe and thought it looked like something my family would enjoy, however, *nobody* liked it. My daughter wondered what the stinky smell was when I was cooking. It should have been a sign I guess. I should give it the benefit of the doubt as it turns out no one in the family likes celery, and it was a strong flavour in the recipe. I might try it again omitting the celery and adding peas or something because the base sauce didn't seem too bad. My husband asked me to never make it again. I definitely won't make it without tweaking it a lot, considering we ended up eating PB&J for supper.

Great to toy with and use with what you have on hand...I used leftover pork loin from new years, red pepper, onions, and mushrooms-cream of chicken(pantry not stocked as well as i thought) and added celery salt. served over rotini noodles. could have used more moisture-but flavor was great!

Loved this! I cooked this for our friends for the first time and let's just say it was very quiet at dinner time. I did add some shredded mozzarella to the top when I reheated, and that went over just as well.

Great recipe! I added a couple tablespoons of flour, chopped carrots, and galic powder. Served over mashed potatoes. Surely a keeper!

Surprising this recipe only has a few reviews... This was a good way to use leftover turkey from X-mas/Thxgvng. True to form for me, I changed the recipe to suit what I had on hand. I sauteed a green onion/green pepper combo in butter before I added the crm mush soup w/ 1/2 can of of milk- 1/2 can of water and a shake or three of chicken stock "shakers". I omitted celery since I didn't have any, but added celery salt..(I also didn't have any mushrooms, but we didn't miss them.) Then added the chopped up turkey to the sauce. Put some slightly cooked broccoli in there too for nice color and crunch. I didn't add the sour cream because I forgot about it...but I topped it with mozz. chz. before I baked the "al-dente" pasta stirred into the sauce, for about 30 mins. on 300. It was so good, my kids ages 2-9 wanted thirds! I'd give it 5 stars, but I changed it too much & that wouldn't be fair. Thanks for the great base recipe! I'll use it again on the rest of the turkey when I take it out of the freezer!!

My 12 year old daughter made this last night. The recipe was easy to follow and it was a quick, comforting meal. We left out the celery as none of us like it. The only reason I did not rate this a "5" was that I thought the sauce could be a little thicker. I will try to add a little flour or cornstarch to it next time. Otherwise, it was good and hubby loved it too.

Just made this for dinner with leftover Thanksgiving turkey. GREAT, FAST DINNER. The kids and husband loved it! It was very easy to make. You could easily use chicken or even tuna also. I used 1/2 box of pasta and just mixed it all together. I would definitely make this again!

Great recipe for leftover turkey- my family enjoyed this tremendously. I used a bag of mixed veggies instead of the mushrooms and carrots and everyone loved it. Makes a light yet flavorful sauce. Thanks!
