I've made this a couple of times to serve with salmon patties. The sugar makes the pea sauce just sweet enough.

Very good & easy to make. My husband remembers his mom making them but this was my first time to try them. I added extra pepper & some garlic powder. Thanks!

I felt this recipe was really good. I did do a few things different. I used canned peas and the juice from them as well. My family loved it. Thank you.

It didn't seem to make enough sauce for my tastes. The taste was fine, but next time I'll have to make more sauce for it.

Good basic recipe....I added a pinch of dill to the sauce, and extra salt and pepper. This really perked it up. Would definitely make again for a simple side.
