My Husband was so pleasantly surprised when I made this, not only were there NO Leftovers, but I've been told to make this a regular meal in our house!! I also served it with some local sweet corn on the cob, Perfect Summer Meal!! Thank you!!

This recipe was so easy to make and it was DELICIOUS! I served it over buttered rice as well. I also used a rotisserie chicken which made for a super fast prep. I'll use this recipe again when I'm in a hurry.

I did it over rice and served asparagus on the side. My entire family loved it and all had seconds.
