I made this soup on Ash Wednesday for something different on our meatless day. WOW! Before we got up from the table we were planning on making more. My Mom even asked me to make some and freeze it for her to have on hand. Thank you so much for a wonderful and easy recipe.

My kids are reluctant to eat spinach, but they really enjoyed the Spinach Soup. It's also quick and easy to prepare.

This is now my favorite soup! Luckily I'm the only one in my family who likes spinach, so I get it all! It's great to take for lunch. Next time I make it, I am going to puree the spinach mixture before adding it to the cream mixture.

I added shredded chedder cheese and a tablespoon of italian seasoning to this and it was PERFECT. My family gobbled it up. Thanks Joyce for the great recipe!

This recipe is wonderful. I made the Broccoli version on Christmas Eve and my mom and I just loved it. Try it with some hot fresh yeast rolls for a real treat on a cold day. I plan to use this recipe many times more.

Very easy to make and very tastey. The whole family just loved it. My little sister who normally doesn't eat anything that's green gobbled this soup up. I suggest doubling the recipe because everybody always wants seconds!
