tasted excellent but didn't hold their shape - will experiment with chilling cream mixture before filling berries. It is putzy but they went really fast.

These were yummy! I took the advice and carved out a hole with a small melon-baller and piped in the cream. It was pretty easy that way! They were very good!

I didn't have any strawberries but this made a wonderful filling for cream puffs! I will be using this recipe again, only with different types of pudding.

Very tasty. I first made one by cutting the X and then I hollowed one out with a straw. It was easier to fill the hole and looked prettier too.

These are awesome. I didn't have any almond flavoring so I didn't use any and it is still great. I am sure with it would be even better. I just put an X on the bottom(pointy end) and used the pampered chef decorator to fill and worked great.

I used this to make a lighter fruit dip and it is excellent. I used 3 oz pkg kroger sf instant vanilla pudding, 1 c 1% milk, an 8 oz container light whipped topping, 1/4 t almond extract, 1/4 t vanilla extract. (After measuring 2 c topping, there was 1/2 c left, so I put it in also - I would not do this to pipe into strawberries, but as a dip it was still firm enough to hold its shape). After tasting it, I felt it wasn't "quite there, until I added the vanilla, then I thought it was perfect, with no aftertaste from the sugar free pudding. This is delicious with strawberries. With my ingredients, the entire recipe is 680 calories and 27.5 grams fat. Next time I will try skim milk and fat free topping to shave even more calories. Excellent recipe, thanks.
