I was pleasantly surprised by these Cookies. They tasted as good or better as store bought cupcakes. I used a different filling, because I didn't have all the ingredients for these, but I was very pleased with the outcome.

The recipe was very easy to make and the pies looked very good. I didn't chill before baking and it worked fine. I will be adding this to my permanent recipe box!

these cookies were pretty good, but very sweet. also, i had to decrease the baking time for the cookies to 7 minutes, (10 is just way too much!) and instead of creating the filling by the recipe i just spread the marshmallow creme on 1 and topped it with another. my family loved them, but i wont be making them TOO often!
