This is a recipe my Grandma Margie has been making for the past 40 years and it's our favorite pork chop recipe. They're kind of sweet and kind of sour, but absolutely wonderful! You can also substitute 6 ounces of cream cheese for the sour cream if that's what you have on hand, in which case you should bake the dish covered. These chops are great served with rice pilaf, mashed potatoes, or over pasta, with a salad on the side. Enjoy!

When I make these chops, I always have to make extra. Everyone has to eat more than they need. Great with a salad. The chops are baked in a crispy, buttery coating in the oven.

Imagine succulent, sauteed pork chops resting on a luscious layer of sliced apples that are dotted with butter and dusted with brown sugar and cinnamon. Then imagine sherry poured over the top. Bake until tender. Eat until satisfied.

This is a great hearty and easy recipe. My mom used to make it often. It's also very inexpensive. Pork chops smothered in tomatoes and rice.

A delicious dinner for two, including a savory side dish of oniony wild rice, takes just a few easy steps to make. Add a simple salad and some candlelight to make your meal an elegant repast.

Onions and bell peppers enrich a lightly seasoned tomato sauce. But wait, there's more. Simmer sauteed pork chops in the sauce for a homey, comforting meal.
