Very sweet and creamy and easy to make. I freezemy own corn every summer and this is a great recipe. Even my picky teenagers who had never had creamed corn liked it!

I almost doubled the amount of corn this recipe calls for- to two 16 oz pkgs- and it was perfect. Great flavor but too soupy without the extra corn.

I made this on a camping trip as a side to our fish fry for 20 ppl. I multiplied the recipe but they wanted to lick the pan! I've also added a few sliced jalepenos before to give it a kick....also a great way to serve it.

I made this for my BF's birthday dinner the other night to go with his favorite fried fish. He didn't say much but he finished what was on his plate and went back into the kitchen. A minute later he returned with a SOUP BOWL full of this creamed corn! He was still talking about it the next day. The only change I made was to use fresh sweet corn cut off the cob. This recipe is magical! Thank you Diana!

I made this tonight for supper, and it was so good! I followed the recipe as written, and didn't have any trouble with it thickening as some. I let it come to a boil, then simmered for about 10 minutes and it was perfect! I will absolutely make this again! Thanks for a great recipe.
