This is good, but rich. But really you can control how much cream, sugar, etc you put it in. You don't need to follow this recipe exactly. I put in a few handfuls of corn in a pan, some butter, and a little cream and let it get warm. Then I mixed a spoonful of flour and a little bit of milk and poured that in the corn mixture on the stove. Then I added more corn or more cream depending on how thick I wanted it. And I also put in just under a spoonful of sugar.
Then I put it in a dish and put parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs over it and let it bake for about 2 minutes.
And it's ready! Took me about 10 minutes.
Again - you don't need to follow this recipe exactly - it's not the type of recipe that things need to be measured. It's basically cream and corn and you decide the consistency you like it.
