Here's my easier recipe: Cook a 16 oz bag of frozen white corn, drain & return to pot, add about 3 Tbsp real butter, 1/2 tsp salt, a few shakes of pepper & just enough milk to not quite cover the corn. Bring to a boil. While reheating mix a rounded Tbsp of cornstarch with 1/4 C milk. When corn mixture comes to a boil dribble in cornstarch mixture, a little bit at a time while stirring constantly until desired thickness is reached. Simmer for about a minute to cook starch. Taste & add more salt if needed. Enjoy.
