Made this to go in a recipe that called for cream corn when I was out and didn't feel like going to the store (just not worth loading the kiddos up to go to the store for one thing!) I tasted some before I added it to the recipe and thought it was great. I'll be sure to make it as a side sometime.

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!!! We had guests over for a wonderful baked ham and thought that creamed corn would be a great side dish. We went online and this was the first one we came to. Tried it and it got rave reviews!! I recommend this recipe to anyone who likes canned cream corn...you'll never open another can again!!! My compliments to the chef!

Perfect recipe! I made a double recipe for our family dinner based on the reviews - and I am so glad I did! It is the best! The ones who don't like the canned stuff were all over this one!! No wonder - there is NO resemblance!! Thank you for this perfect corn from heaven!

This was great! Really creamy, crunchy and sweet. I had to add a little more salt and it didnt taste as good reheated the next day.

Excellent recipe! I like slow cooker corn w/ cream cheese and was searching for something similar to make for dinner since I didn't have time to put anything in the crock pot when I came upon this recipe - and am I glad I did!! This was even better!I did blend about 1/2 the mixture as some other reviewers suggested, just to make it "creamed" and used more corn & less sauce, but I still give the recipe 5 stars for flavor & convienience! thanks for posting

I hate cream corn...but I love this. Follow the recipe exactly and make sure you give the mixture enough time over the heat to let it thicken. Keep stirring!

This has become a holiday tradition in our family. Even those who say they don't like creamed corn end up loving this! Just make sure to cook it with low-medium heat and it'll be perfect.

Is it bad that my husband and I ate the entire pot at one sitting?! This recipe is a keeper. Usually my husband only eats cream corn that his grandmother makes. Not anymore! Followed the recipe exactly and it was wonderful!

This was really good. I made it for Christmas. My husband couldn't figure out why I was going to have creamed corn....neither of us like the stuff in a can. I thought this was SUPER!! I couldn't believe how tasty this turned out. I make it every thanksgiving now. A friend suggested I try gouda instead of parmasean. It was even better!!! WOW!
