I followed the measurements as described by the first reviewer, Cherish except that I used 3 and one fourth cups flour and floured my surface generously. I had a small problem with spreading in my first batch, but since I kept flouring my surface, I didn't have problems with subsequent batches due to the added flour. I would suggest testing one cookie before making a whole batch.
Taste was excellent. 8oz cream cheese added a lot. Maybe I will add some lemon extract next time or substitute part all purpose flour with almond flour.
