Thanks Ginger for this recipe.For my first experience with frosting I liked it. I whipped the frosting very well, left in the fridge for 15 minutes (in 2 bags) and when I started to work for my first very time ,I keep in changing bags and was really hard to do it. I'm very nervous, still. I have no complaints about the frosting, the taste it is amazing and the consistency was fine. Thanks for posting and I will be making the frosting again and also I will keeping trying to find a way to frost cupcakes nicely. Wish me luck!!! LOL :0)

I was planning on using this recipe on cupcakes, but it was a little too runny. But, still tasted wonderful!

This just didn't work out for me at all. It was too thin because in order to incorporate the cream cheese with the whipped topping, the whipped topping lost all its air. I like the concept of this recipe, and I might try to work with it again in the future; however, as it is written it didn't work out.
