“These seem to be everyone's favorite holiday candy recipe. Could be the melt in your mouth texture, or perhaps the sweet peppermint taste. Could also be the fact that this is the easiest candy recipe around! If stored in airtight container, these can be frozen for a couple months. These can also be made into pretty shapes by rolling in granulated sugar, pressing into candy molds, and dropping them out.”

This is good but add a little more confectioners sugar at a time to stiffen the mints. Also, I flatten these into thin disks and dip in melted chocolate. They are always a hit.

Made these for my wedding and they were a huge hit! I used a cookie press to have a somewhat consistant shape to them.

These are really good. I give it 4 stars because they were messy and to soft to form into balls. I've made them 4 times and still, they are really sticky. They dont present well, but taste delicious.

The taste was excellent however, I could not get the to mold or press they were too sticky. I wasted the whole double batch.

I thought these were great! I whipped them up in my Kitchen Aid mixer. I even used cold cream cheese and they blended together in about 30 seconds.

These turned out too dry and too sweet for me. I followed the instructions exactly and used peppermint oil but they did taste similar to toothpaste.

I made these mints last year for graduation but used vanilla extract instead. It gave them more of a sweet taste instead of a minty taste and they were still great. Thanks for the recipe.
