Definitely the best burgers from this site we've had! I did half the amount of fresh chopped jalapeno and substituted some jarred chopped jalapenos for some extra flavor. I also added about a 1/4 cup of finely shredded mexican cheese. I stuffed the burgers rather than mixing it all in. Try flattening out one large thin pancake of burger meat, plopping about a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture in the middle and then folding all the edges of the meat up and sealing well, forming a ball. After it is sealed, you can GENTLY flatten your ball into a thick patty. When cooking, only flip once! Spray grill and cook on each side until done. I had no problem with them falling apart. We can't wait to make them again!
