Cream Cheese Frosting III Recipe
Original recipe yield 1 frosting for 9x13 inch cake

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1 (3 ounce) package Neufchatel cheese
  • 2 cups low fat margarine
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and margarine until smooth. Add vanilla. Add sugar 1/4 cup at a time until all is added. Beat until smooth.
