This cream cheese frosting comes out perfect every time. I make it with Sam's Famous Carrot Cake from this site. I even once accidentally bought "light" butter and it tasted just the same. Really good frosting!

This frosting is excellent! I did double the vanilla to give it an even richer taste. I also added cinnamon to it and frosted the Pumpkin Cake III, from this site, with it. It was absolutely delicious! Thanks for the recipe.

I usually can't find a cream cheese frosting recipe that is cream cheesy enough. This one definitely does it! I love that it is so rich and full of flavor but is not sickening sweet at all. My hubby went crazy when I used the frosting to top pumpkin muffins!

Delicious frosting! I've made it for both chocolate and lemon cupcakes, both were a hit! Added fresh cut strawberries on the lemon cupcakes; icing held strawberries in place and tasted great!

This is a perfect frosting for cupcakes ..... On my little cousins Birthday we made a caterpillar and added some color to the frosting ...... This frosting is DELICIOUS and totally fun you can design anything you want with this stuff . :) Good Luck .

Great frosting! Not too sweet or too heavy. I used this on some lemon cupcakes and it turned out great. Very good consistency for either spreading or piping. I spread the leftover frosting on some graham crackers. Love it!

This is a cheesecake lover's dream! Tastes just like a cheesecake mixture...pure heaven! If it's too thick for your liking or to frost your cake a bit easier, add 1 TBS. milk. I have been using this recipe for over a year now and it never fails me...plus it's ALWAYS a huge hit!

This is a wonderful recipe. I halved the recipe, and it made enough for me to ice two 8-inch cakes, with there still being extra left over. I tried it with 1 cup of icing sugar, and it was really yummy but personally I prefer a sweeter icing, so I used the full 2 cups and declared it perfect! :) Thanks for the great recipe!
