I used this on Frosted Banana Bars from this site. It was quick, easy and delicious. Best of all it was not too sweet.

Excellent frosting. I used one package of cream cheese and the rest of the ingredients remained the same.

I halved this recipe which made more than enough for a 13x9 cake. I used 8oz Neufchatel cheese, 1 1/2 cups confec. sugar, 1/4c butter, 1 1/2 tsps vanilla extract. I think next time I will add a little almond extract as suggested by another reviewer to give it more flavor. Went great on the Pumpkin Cake III

i made this for a double-layer carrot cake, and had some left over for cupcakes. i made the recipe as is: it's very cheesecakey and rich, and so so so good. i would not change the proportions at all.

I used this to top the Pumpkin Cake III Recipe from here and it was a delicious combination. I took another reviewer's advice by adding an additional cup of confectioners sugar and doubled the vanilla extract to make it sweet. The combination was a big hit. This has become part of our family recipe collection.

Very good! I only used 8 oz cream cheese, 1/4 C butter and also used 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp almond extract and 3 cups of confect. sugar. This was amazing on 9x13 red velvet cake!

I halved the recipe, and in a warm bowl mixed the room temp cream cheese and microwave softened butter, then tossed in 2-3 cups sugar and extract. I didn't even sift the sugar. I mixed it until smooth and it covered my whole jelly roll pan of banana bars. The frosting was coveted by both my kids and the bowl licked clean. This was simple and it was easy. Thanks!

This cream cheese frosting is great on pumpkin muffins & bars! I couldn't help but eat it while I was frosting the muffins...even better than my mom's cream cheese frosting recipe!

Came out very runny and wouldnt set. the flavor was great. I added it to a red velvet cake. By the time we got to the cookout the 2 tier cake had fallen apart.

This recipe is deeelish! I would probably make half the amount next time, if I was icing another bundt cake. It's good enough to use as a dip for fruit or something like that!

This was a little to thick to spread nicely, so I added 1/2 cup of milk into it and it seemed to smooth it out. Very good taste. I I used it on banana bars.

Pretty good, a little too cream cheese for us, so I tried PABBYDOG's recommendations & liked it better. To make it even better another level I used the modified (pabbydog) version, added 1/4 cup of instant jello (any flavor, I used strawberry)... not only did I get the color I wanted, but loved the nice strawberry twist it added. Am making a garden theme party for my daughter & will also make a second batch using lime for "grass" color.
