Good but not great. Too dense for me and not very flavorful. Could just be a personal preference thing but I won't be making these again.

I thought these were okay. Nothing special and honestly a bit bland except for the powdered sugar. I had a problem with the cookies breaking in the middle when I tried to roll them in the sugar while warm. I think if I was to do it again it would work better if they were cooler. I would probably roll them twice in the sugar. I did like that they were pretty easy to work with and they looked nice when done. Recipe made about 36 cookies.

They were very flour-y. Perhaps a bit more butter or cream cheese is needed.

These were pretty good. I also rolled them into 1" balls, and at first they seemed really underdone; but after cooling completely they were just slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Interesting flavor, too; I may experiment with other variations (maple pecan, cinnamon spice, coffee etc.) as this recipe is so easy and versatile! Thanks!

This is the best cookie recipe I have come across yet! These cookies are now going onto our annual Christmas cookie plates for friends, neighbors, and the homeless. Thanks!

Just make this for a Halloween Party at school, I made the logs in a finger shape and painted the nails in red and they look awesome. They taste soo good, I left the pecans out for the school's nut allergy policy. Thanks for sharing such an easy recipe.

Pretty good, I was off in the measurments because I have those crappy measuring cups that the numbers wear off. Still, I liked it.. I made smaller logs, and I might have had a touch less flour. Thanks, it was nice and simple.

I didn't have pecans so I used Chocolate Chips and kept the recipe the same. Yummy!

These are like my favorite cookies ever. They are dense and not too sweet. Perfect with milk. I make them into 1 in. balls, put them in mini muffin cups, and send them out in christmas tins. They are lovely.

I love this cookie recipe. They came out perfect, not overly sweet. This recipe does make more than it says, and the cookies can be shaped into logs or balls easily. Thank you for sharing your recipe! I could eat them all in on sitting!

These cookies are awesome and come out perfect every time. Regarding a previous review, this recipe makes more than a dozen cookies. Just follow the instructions and make the 2 inch logs. I make them roughly the size of my thumb. 12 servings doesn't necassarily mean 12 cookies. Hope that helps!

i love this recipe. I rolled these cookies into 1 inch balls instead of logs, just the way my mother used to do them.

I made 12 cookies per recipe (12 servings) After making, the inside was raw. I'm sure this is a good cookie but should be made into more servings.
