Made these using Pillsbury canned biscuits - way too much dough. I added mini-chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. I drizzled with chocolate sauce. The filling was excellent. The wedges were okay while they were still warm but once they got cold - it was exactly what it was - a cold biscuit. Next time, I will try using crescent rolls.

Excellent recipe. Doesn't get any easier. I accidentally used double the amount of biscuits. Won't do that again. I baked the biscuits as directed for 1st baking, took them out and sprinkled 1/2 the cinnamon/sugar mixture over it(I made double as suggested by many). Followed the rest of directions. This is delicious warm or chilled. Can't wait to make it again using the correct amount of biscuits.

Very good and so simple it's ridiculous! Used crescent rolls and sprinkled cinnamon & sugar on dough before the first baking. Would be great for breakfast, but I'd eat them anytime. Maybe next time I will leave out the cinnamon/sugar mixture and top it with black raspberry pie filling.

Expecting a cheesecake-like dessert, I was pleasantly surprised to get (as others have noted) more that of a cheese danish-type dessert. And talk about EASY... 30 minutes... done....feasting on breakfast-dessert ... or is it dessert-breakfast?

It just doesn't get any easier than this. We had it warm for dessert last night, and had a slice for breakfast today. One of the reviewers said it tastes like a cheese danish, and I agree. I think the next time I may try it with crescent roll dough. This is a wonderful recipe.

Oh gosh this was good. I was going to take a picture once I got back from dropping my son off at school, but it was gone! My daughter took it off to college with her, saying "they are all just going to love this!" I do wish I had read the reviews this morning though. The sugar/cinn in the crust would have been a nice touch, especially since they were Texas Biscuits. But I think they did have some extra butter in it. And since they were larger biscuits, I used a square pan, might have been 9x9 but it looked bigger than my pie pan. I did have to increase my baking times a little. I think with the bigger biscuits, I could have used an even bigger pan and spread it out a little. I had thick crust with thick topping, but it was all good :-) So very good! Thank you for sharing!

These were great. I didn't separate the biscuits, just kneaded them together and pressed in the pan. Added Cinnamon and sugar to the crust before I put the cream cheese mixture on top. Next time I will do as another reviewer suggested and knead the dough with cinnamon/sugar for more flavor. Otherwise, amazing! Tastes like a cheese danish so we ate it at breakfast. Great!

Crowd pleaser! Whipped this up for a quick breakfast treat at work. Some were expecting creme brulee by the appearance, but were pleased with the taste. Used buttery biscuits and just cinnamon and sugar on top.
