My daughter and I liked it, but my husband and son did not. I used canned corn though and they thought that they might like it better if I used frozen. So, I might try it again. It was a little thick, which was ok, but there was not a lot of flavor. I had to salt it. I tried the leftovers today though and like it better.

I started with this recipie and have changed it everytime I make it. I now use 3 cans corn and 3 cans mexi corn. I add diced jalapenos, brown sugar and sour cream. Not too spicy, but with a little kick!

THIS IS MY THIRD TIME MAKING THIS RECIPE AND LET ME JUST SAY IT SEEMS TO BE BETTER AND BETTER EACH TIME...I ALWAYS ADD TONY CHACHERE'S CREOLE SEASONING IN EVERYTHING THAT I MAKE...TRY THAT FOR A LITTLE EXTRA SEASONING INSTEAD OF SALT AND PEPPER...BRAVO!

This was just ok. It was creamy alright but it was too bland tasting will all the cream cheese. We couldn't quite taste the flavor of the corn! Had to spice it up quite a bit. I probably won't make again but it was a nice try. Thanks.

This has been a family favorite since I was a child. We call it "Nana's creamed corn." As an adult, everyone I've prepared it for has raved! It's always a hit in Texas!

Perhaps I did something wrong (don't see how though since there's not much to this) but my corn was a runny mess, so I had to add bread crumbs to it to thicken it up a bit. The first few bites were pretty good, but each bite after that it got worse. I'll not be making this one again. (Sorry)

My daughter made this recipe for Thanksgiving and everyone raved about it. I have made it several times since and will make it tomorrow for Easter. We follow the directions but then keep it warm in the crockpot until serving time. .

This is the perfect way to put a twist to a dish of corn. I have found this receipe to get lots of raves at pot lucks. Though, if you find this receipe too bland for your taste buds try adding a can of diced green chilies or a dash of red pepper to this already fantastic receipe.

My family has enjoyed this recipe, given to us years ago by a family member. Even the kids ask for seconds. Very simple recipe, except we cook it in a crock pot for about 4 hours using frozen corn.

This was a quick fix, but the cream cheese made this a heavy dish and made the whole thing taste like cream cheese; I was hoping the corn would just taste creamy. I probably won't make this again.

I used two cans of corn, less butter, 4 oz of cream cheese, and heated everything in the microwave. This was a delicious, simple recipe to prepare. Next time, I'll try the red pepper as previously suggested. Thanks!
