I knew when I read this recipe I wasnt going to like it, but I was looking for something new and novel. Well this aint it, cream cheese is just awful mixed in corn. Sorry.

I did not like this. I used store-brand frozen corn, and it was very tough. The flavor overall was mediocre. I substituted sauteed bell pepper for green chilis, and that part seemed to work well.

Easy enough to make but not spectacular. I also added 3 strips of bacon per other reviews as well as cayenne, swapped jalapeno for green chilis. Topped with sharp cheddar at the end of baking. I think adding some sauteed onion and peppers would help or using a can of corn and peppers.

I will definately not be making this dish again. It tasted like cream cheese with corn pressed into it.

This was very rich and ultra creamy. It didn't look very appetizing, but tasted great. I thought it needed a little kick like some cayenne or jalapeno, so I added cayenne to mine on my plate, My husband liked it as it was. I will fix this easy dish again. Thanks for the recipe Tamma.

Great recipe! My aunt makes it all the time just corn cream cheese and chiles. I also used 6oz of cream cheese, bacon and other seasoning, then I added about half a can of black beans (drained and rinsed), it tasted great!
