A new family favorite. I did it both with a cookie press and by rolling into a ball. The ball type I rolled into some ground walnuts, placed on cookie sheet and pressed flat. In the center I pressed a whole pecan and baked. My husband RAVED about this. Same dough but a different taste from the cookie pressed kind. That's great versatility.

First time using the cookie press. Wow!!!!! I was so impressed I patted muself on the back. Not only did they taste good but they were pretty too. So THANK YOU for the GREAT recipe.

These were wonderful. They tasted so good, we were eating them hot from the rack while the next pan was baking. I used a flower cookie press with strawberry jam centres. Make sure you make a thumbprint for the jam to stay in or it runs down the side of the cookie, and they don't look as pretty. We had to eat all the "bad" ones right away... :)

THESE COOKIES HAVE BEEN THE TALK OF MY FAMILY, THEY TASTE JUST LIKE A MINITURE CHEESECAKE AND I ADD FRUIT PRESERVES TO THE THUMBPRINT WOW!!!!!!!! AND IT IS QUICK AND EAST!!!!

The cookies are like little white snow flowers and they taste good too. The lighter the bottoms the better the taste.

My boys absolutely love these cookies & like to help me make them too! They are so simple & quick that I don't mind making them. Even people that don't like cream cheese can't tell there is any in the recipe! Just ask my mom!!)
