I wish I could give these 4.5 stars! The cream cheese filling was delicious and got eaten up really quick. The only problem I had was that the cookie cups kind of fell apart and so we just used them as chips for the cream cheese.

It was okay...i gave it a 3/5 because it's basically a cookie with a WHOLE lot of icing, and i still had ALOT of icing left over, i probably only used half of what was made. The taste is very 1 dimensional so i added some fruit. So my advice is to lessen the cream cheese icing to about half, add less sugar and garnish with something else, like cinnamon, fruit...

Didn't care for the cream cheese with the choc chip dough. Would be better perhaps with a sugar cookie or pumkin / spice dough. Instead, I would fill the choc chip cookie with either creamy or crunchy peanut butter mixed with some 10X sugar and maybe top with a Hershey Kiss candy, mini choc chips, or a nut of some type. Great idea though!

Easy recipe to make. A tip, If you buy the Nestle's miniature cookies, you can just take 1.5 little square and drop it in the bottom of the tart pan. When it comes out, take the bottom of a tablespoon measuring spoon to press down and make your holding area. Also, I didn't add the butter, as I didn't see a need for it...just extra calories and fat, and I used a little over half the amount of sugar. They were extremely yummy the 2nd day.

Everyone LOVES these every time I make them! The only thing I can add is it depends on the pan you use, my cookies come out perfect every time and I use a Wilton pan.

I liked these, but wasn't crazy about the filling. Will most likly make these again but use more of a cheesecake type of filling. Also used home made cookie dough.
