This was a great recipe, the chicken was so tender and moist with lots of different flavors going on with the cream and mushrooms inside the chicken, and the brown sugar/dijon mustard mixture with the walnuts. So good! My husband, two year old, and I loved it, and my five year old ate it but wasn't too thrilled with it. Three out of four isn't bad, at least not in my house! I couldn't get these rolled up very well so I ended up just folding the chicken over the filling, and it turned out great. I will be making these again sometime since the chicken turned out very well! Thanks for the recipe, Jenny.
