Excellent, with plenty of spice! I used Sriracha hot chili sauce instead of tabasco, and added cajun seasoning in lieu of the onion powder. I used a 50/50 mix of langoustines and shrimp because crawfish were unavailable and the result was not disappointing. Word of advice to the novice, though: it's best to ensure you have all ingredients necessary before starting your cooking, as that way you can truly taste what the recipe should be like. I'll definitely make this again for company so I can impress the tofu out of them. :)
