not the best. This may be obvious, but the "ready in" time needs to be majorly adjusted! I wasn't looking to closely at the recipe before I added it to the menu of stuff I was making for a special birthday dinner. It ended up taking about 6 hrs to be ready. Needless to say it didn't make it on the table for dinner. It was o.k. tasting. I didn't care for it. My husband thought it was "o.k."
