A surprise filling of brown sugar streusel makes this pumpkin-flavored cake a special treat. Save a bit of icing for drizzling over each serving of this wonderful cake!

It's so easy to layer cranberries, pecans, and sugar into a baking dish, and top with a quick batter for a fast, pretty upside-down cake.

I used to sell several lines of kitchenware through home parties. This recipe came from the hostess at one of those parties. It's been a favorite ever since!

Fresh pears are abounding, especially on my trees! Why not use some in a very moist fresh pear cake that everyone will love! I took this to a party last night and everyone was asking for the recipe as it was disappearing fast from the plate. Perfect as a coffee cake too!

One really delicious and really unhealthy Sunday coffee cake. I have no idea where I got this recipe from but it was about thirty years ago and has been a family favorite since. The bake time is a bit longer if you're using frozen berries.

Cranberries and pecans are baked in the bottom of this cake. Turn the cake over for ooh's and ah's.

This is a Wisconsin recipe-using our own delicious sour cream, of course! What better place to enjoy a dish like this than in the Dairy State?
