Fast and easy to make.I was concerned that the tart shell hadn't cooked on the bottom-even though everything looked great on the outside.I moved the tart from the bottom of the tart pan and a gooey residue stayed on the spatula.I left the tart on the cake stand over night. I took it off the cake stand to cut it into serving pieces and was greatly surprised to find a well cooked tart. Easy-fast-lovely to look at-sweet and tart flavor.(I added chopped pecans to the shell recipe.) Easy for beginners to bake. Thanks
