I love this recipe! It's simple to make and very good. Second time around I added frozen raspberries, chopped tangerines, cinnamon and cloves. Tastes like Thanksgiving :)

I have made this two years in a row for Thanksgiving. It is the best recipe. I now double it so we have leftovers. The actual cook time is closer to 20 minutes. I make it a day ahead so it jells better together in the refrigerator overnight.

Everyone loves this! The only thing I changes is, I blend everything in the blender before I put it in refrigerator all night.

This was great. I added a spice sack (cloves, allspice, and broken cinnamon sticks wrapped in cheesecloth) for some extra kick. Everyone at Thanksgiving raved about it!

I don't eat cranberry sauce, but I was asked to bring it to Christmas dinner at a friend's house. They loved it! I did add cinnamon and used 1/2 water, 1/2 orange juice. Everyone said it was a great addition to the Christmas meal!

This is an OK cranberry sauce recipe that I use as a basis for my sauce. I always add ginger to spice it up.

Very good flavors (with 50/50 OJ and water and 50/50 white and brown sugar), but the consistency was still a bit runny after cooling thoroughly. I cooked it around 15 minutes. Will try cooking longer and smashing the berries more next time.
