Ok...I'm a novice...made these and they came out a bit crunchy. Mom took them home and cooked them longer. She couldn't stop raving about them. I changed nothing in the recipe.

This is our staple Thanksgiving cranberries recipe. You cannot go back to that canned stuff after having this. The orange juice totally makes this recipe.

Great recipe! I have played around with it as others have suggested... substituting some brown sugar for the white, adding some cinnamon, etc. It's been good every time. Perfect addition to the Thanksgiving table!

I love this recipe! It's simple to make and very good. Second time around I added frozen raspberries, chopped tangerines, cinnamon and cloves. Tastes like Thanksgiving :)

I have made this two years in a row for Thanksgiving. It is the best recipe. I now double it so we have leftovers. The actual cook time is closer to 20 minutes. I make it a day ahead so it jells better together in the refrigerator overnight.

the best! i'm the only one in my family that really likes real cranberry sauce (they like the can) this was so good and didn't make too much. i made everyone try it and a few people actually liked it and had more. very tangy and delicious.
