Cranberry Salad V

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored gelatin mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce) package fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple

Directions

  1. Chop cranberries, celery, and walnuts lightly in a food processor.
  2. Mix gelatin, water, and sugar. Combine cranberry mixture, gelatin mixture, and pineapple (with juice) and mix thoroughly. Pour into mold and refrigerate to set.
  3. Serve on leaf of lettuce with a dollop of mayonnaise.
