I thought this was very good. I didn't have an orange on hand so I just used a couple of tablespoons of orange juice instead. Love the cranberry flavor. Excellent served with a side dish of stuffing.

I have made this even simplier... just the pork roast, salt, pepper, a little sage, and 1 can of whole berry cranberry sauce. Make it in your slow cooker and it is wonderful. It doesn't get much easier.

Yum! Delicious! This was so easy, and I prepared it exactly as written, except I waited to add the dry spices until there was only about an hour left of cooking time (to make sure the spices didn't get cooked down). I think next time I might add more whole cranberries. Also I think this would be nice shredded instead of sliced, with lots of juice poured on top when served.

Delicious! The only downside is you will have to cut thick slices if you want a nice presentation for guests. That is, if you consider meat so tender it falls apart a downside!

This recipe was so good! It was a big hit with the family. While it is not something we'd want every week, it makes a great special occasion/holiday meal. We could taste all the spices and this recipe made the meat so flavorful. Definitely recommend this recipe.

One of my guests continue to pick up bites of this dish off of the serving platter with his fingers - I guess that is a good sign?? I got lots of compliments - great flavor.

This was absolutly wonderful. I to did sub 2 tbl spoons orange juice for peel. I didn't have whole cranberry sauce so I used jellied cranberry sauce and dried cranberries and it came out perfect. The meat was juicy and fork tender. What a hit with the family. I would definately serve at a dinner party.

This was very moist and tender, but the flavor was something that my family didn't care much for. I liked it, but since no one else did, I probably won't make it again.
