This is the best! This was my first attempt at biscotti and boy did it come out perfect! I never tried it before, although I love these, thinking it may be too much of a mission, but it was not! Also, I dont quite fancy those hard rock ones, but after reading some of these reviews, I went for it. My husband can not stop munching on them! A few changes I made, I increased the cranberries to 3/4 cup, and I only had half a cup of pistachios, so I added another half cup of almonds. It was just right, I think more nuts would have been alittle too much. I also reduced the sugar to half a cup. Everything else was just perfect! The cold water helped a ton with dealing with the sticky dough, and since I dint seem to have a problem with slicing the logs as other reviewers have mentioned?
This recipe is a keeper!!
