The taste of these was excellent and a friend said they were the best biscotti she ever tasted. A few comments as I did follow the recipe exactly>
1) I think the texture was more like a cookie than drier like biscotti.
2) I also am not sure how they came out with 36 servings, I was thinking more like the big, thin biscotti you get at the coffee houses and came up with maybe 20.
3) I had operational issues where they seemed to crumble when I sliced them.
4) I saw this recipe somewhere else and drizzled melted chocolate chips over them per that recipe, which was a lovely addition.
I will try this again.
