I just made this for our lunch...cutting amounts in half. It was wonderful. Being at a cabin in the northwoods, apricot nectar is hard to come by, so I substituted honey and balsamic vinegar. Hey, it's the best I could do with what I had on hand. All the other ingredients tasted so well together. I'll make this again and again. It was absolutely delicious.
