This was ok...I added a little chicken broth to the bottom of the pan and covered the dish until the last 5 minutes so that it wasnt dried out. I think the chicken would taste better on a salad rather than by itself.
Very delicious! Although I skipped the dried cranberries since my husband hates cranberries, and used about 2 tbsp of orange zest to give it a more orange filled flavor.
I used cranberry sauce instead of the cranberries. my family liked it much better.
For a basic chicken recipe, my family thought this was great. I used orange marmalade and couldn't taste it so I'm going to use more next time. But even without that it was a great blend of flavors and textures.
