Very Very good!!! I added more orange zest than was called for about 2 1/2 Tbsp. Turned out moist and delicious.

SOOOO TASTY!! These cookies are so warming and delicious everyone in my house loved them! Modifications to try: I took out half the sugar and half the butter to make them a little healthier and replaced 1 cup of oats with 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds and 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds. I also added the juice from the orange instead of the orange flavoring and 1/4 tsp clove. The result was perfect!

Such an easy but yummy recipe! I had to modify a few things thanks to a European kitchen. I replaced the baking soda with 16g (one package) of baking powder - worked fine. I didn't have any orange zest or extract so I substituted 5 tbsp (75 ml) of juice and added about 1/4 more oats - next time, I'll just leave it out. I used fresh cranberries with no problems whatsoever. I also cooked them for about 14 min @ 180 degrees Celcius. This gave a fairly cakey effect, they probably could have gone for another minute or two, depending on personal preference and oven. Very nice, I can't stop eating them!

I made these this weekend. I put less dried cranberries for my family's liking, and added some chocolate chips. I didn't have orange extract, but squeezed a couple teaspoons of orange juice in. These were wonderful and my family loved them!

Delivers the promised crunch and chewiness! Much more appealing than the traditional oatmeal raisin cookie. A classy classic.

I used half the sugar, a little less butter, more cranberries. The dough was very thick which had me a little worried. So I spooned small amounts of dough on the cookie sheet. They yielded about 45 cookies and tasted great.

These were okay, but I felt they were missing something. If I make again, I would use more cranberries and less sugar - they were incredibly sweet!

Oh so delicious! I just love the cranberry and orange combo in general and that combo with the oatmeal cookie is fantastic. Everyone loved these, I'm glad I made them a part of my holiday cookie fest this year! Thanks!

My new favourite cookie! The dough was hard to mix near the end, it's very thick, but the cookies came out so dense and chewy, and really perfectly flavoured. On the second batch I skipped the orange zest and just used maybe an extra half-tsp of orange extract, they were equally delicious. Definitely recommended for anyone who likes cranberries. Was very well received by everyone.

Wow, these are good cookies! I added just a bit more cinnamon, and used orange juice in place of the extract, as that is what I had on hand, otherwise, I wouldn't change a thing. These cookies are a nice change from your average oatmeal cookies. I will definitely be keeping this recipe!

I made these cookies and took them to work. Everyone raved about them. I added a cup of chopped pecans and a half teaspoon nutmeg to mine. Loved the results.

These are THE BEST oatmeal cookies I have ever tasted. I will never make plain oatmeal raisin cookies again. I'll splurge on the dried cranberries and enjoy every bite. If you haven't tried this recipe, you should. Thank you SO much for sharing!

Just made a batch... Very good Cranberry Orange Oatmeal Cookies. A little on the sweet side and could use a bit more cinnamon. Other than that wonderful recipe.

In place of cranberries, I put fresh, chopped apricots in the cookies and a little extra cinnamon. They are excellent! FYI: The batter is very sticky. My first batch of cookies were HUGE because I put heaping spoonfuls on the pan. You only need to use very small tablespoon-size spoonfuls and they turn out very moist and very good!

Yummieee cookies ~ and the oats make them chewy. The only things I changed were the amount of sugar (and they were plenty sweet) I put about 3/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup white sugar. And I used a stick plus 3 Tbsp. of butter instead of 2 sticks....Also used some dried cherries since I didn't have enough cranberries. *Lots of flavor ~ Love the orange in it*
