This bread is to die for! The only thing I changed was to use 1/2 cup cranberries, next time I will add even more. I will also use my fresh cinnemon next time. This bread is SO much better than store bought. I can't believe I made bread this awesome!!!

Very easy to make for a novice bread machine user. The taste, the texture, the appearance were all perfect. Even my picky husband and teenager came back for seconds! Toasted in the morning was even better. Took the advice of previous reviewers and added a 1/2 cup of cranberries (maybe even a bit more next time) and will throw in a handful of chopped walnuts next time, as well. Definitely a keeper.

A very easy and very tasty loaf! I added the cranberries in right away rather than waiting until my bread machine started to beep; the loaf was fine, it just tasted like cranberries rather than having the actual cranberry chunks throughout the loaf. The bread was a bit soggy and, at times, the cranberry taste was a tad overwhelming. Regardless, this is a great bread!

Really good. It is a small loaf which worked out great at my house for snack time. Was good with butter, or with PB & J sandwich.

I've never had such success with a fruit loaf in the bread machine. So easy and so light and fluffy. Fantastic! I would however suggest adding some brown sugar/raw sugar, maybe a Tablespoon? Some walnuts might be a treat as well.

The best EVER!!! I've tried several recipes for my bread machine. I typically use the bread machine for the dough cycle (keeps my kitchen clean) and then bake it in the over. This helps with the baking in regards to not over-baking/too dry. All the recipes have been very good but this one is a must KEEPER!! It is 5$ bread with just a tiny investment on the craisins which I always keep on hand. I used brown 2 tbsp of brown sugar instead since I ran out of honey. All in all - you should definitely try this recipe if you have any affinity to craisin : )

One of the best breads I ever made. I also added extra cranberries and substituted the butter for oil, as others suggested.

DELICIOUS!! I baked this almost exactly as written with the following changes: I baked it on my machines 1.5lb Fruit & Nut setting. I slowly added 1/2c of dried cranberries and 1/2c of pecans after about 3 minutes of mixing. It is one of the best machine breads I've made! My roommates are loving me right now :)

I just got a Breadman bread machine. This was my first recipe. I wasn't sure about the setting. I used Fruit&Nut and 1pd loaf. I was so pleased when it came out perfect. I wish it was a little sweeter. Next time I will add sugar.

My husband loves this bread, however, I think the crust is too hard which made me give only 4 stars. The taste is good as the exact recipe but I expected sweeter bread. Next time as others suggested, I would increase the amount of cranberries and cinnamon.

AWESOME I followed the recipe but added 2/3 cups cransins cuz I like lots of fruit. I served it with homemade rhubarb, raspberry, blueberry jam and my hubby couldn't get enough. I'll definitely make this one again!

This is the best thing that has ever come out of my bread machine. Delicious and moist. I think that I may make bread pudding with the leftovers if there are any!

I'm totally bummed! First, I can't find my camera & I love taking food pics. Secondly, I missed the add extras beep & didn't get to add the cranberries. But, this is one of the best breads I have made!! I used a good heaping spoonful of Pumpkin Pie Spice. Another reviewer mentioned she used the rapid rise cycle (which I have never done) - the bread came out beautifully! Can't wait to try it with the cranberrries. Oh & don't tell hubbie about the camera!

I love this recipe but I made a few alterations. I coursely ground the oats and used a full teaspoon of cinnamon and a cup of dried fruit. I have use cranberries and cherries as well as cranberries and raisin and the are all really good, although I have to say when you add dried cherries...it was to die for. Still warm, with a little butter on it...soooooo good

This bread is very tasty. The bread rose well and had a nice crust. The recipe made a very attractive loaf. I baked it on the fruit and nut cycle. I doubled the cranberries. It is great toasted and topped with cream cheese. I took a loaf to work, and my coworkers liked it a lot. One hoarded the heals!

We live in Colorado and making bread in this altitude in the bread machine is not easy. So I've not made bread for years. Lately inspired with the Craisins I had on hand I made this recipe. It was ABSOLUTELY delicious and turned out perfectly. Following Allrecipes suggestions for making bread in the altitude I reduced the yeast to 1 T and increased the water by about an ounce. Turned out perfect and more importantly - soooo good. A real winner!
