DIRECTIONS
In bread machine pan, place the first eight ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed). Just before final kneading (your machine may audibly signal this), add cranberries.
FOOTNOTE
If your bread machine has a time-delay feature, we recommend you do not use it for this recipe.

This bread was gone before I could barely take it out of the machine. Nice and moist. I used Rapid Rise yeast and "Quick Bread" setting, subbed oil for butter, mixed all dry ingredients together before placing in the machine. Accidentally made another cranberry bread recipe two days later -- and it was okay -- but not at all like this one. This is by far the best tasting bread that's come out of my machine!

This is one of the best bread machine recipes I have found. It makes a nice 1 1/2 pound loaf that is not too dense. The bread is moist and flavorful. The only thing I will do differently next time is use 1/2 a cup of dried cranberries instead of 1/3 cup because I like the extra fruit.

I have made this reciped twice now. I like that it is a soft sweet bread that doesn't use milk. It's also very adaptable. I added more cinnamon and some brown sugar that second time, and I liked it a lot.

I love this recipe but I made a few alterations. I coursely ground the oats and used a full teaspoon of cinnamon and a cup of dried fruit. I have use cranberries and cherries as well as cranberries and raisin and the are all really good, although I have to say when you add dried cherries...it was to die for. Still warm, with a little butter on it...soooooo good

Great!!! I did add a little more honey and subbed one cup of the flour for whole wheat. Next time I will add even more cranberries and try subbing in more whole wheat flour.

This is the best thing that has ever come out of my bread machine. Delicious and moist. I think that I may make bread pudding with the leftovers if there are any!

I'm totally bummed! First, I can't find my camera & I love taking food pics. Secondly, I missed the add extras beep & didn't get to add the cranberries. But, this is one of the best breads I have made!! I used a good heaping spoonful of Pumpkin Pie Spice. Another reviewer mentioned she used the rapid rise cycle (which I have never done) - the bread came out beautifully! Can't wait to try it with the cranberrries. Oh & don't tell hubbie about the camera!

This bread is very tasty. The bread rose well and had a nice crust. The recipe made a very attractive loaf. I baked it on the fruit and nut cycle. I doubled the cranberries. It is great toasted and topped with cream cheese. I took a loaf to work, and my coworkers liked it a lot. One hoarded the heals!

We live in Colorado and making bread in this altitude in the bread machine is not easy. So I've not made bread for years. Lately inspired with the Craisins I had on hand I made this recipe. It was ABSOLUTELY delicious and turned out perfectly. Following Allrecipes suggestions for making bread in the altitude I reduced the yeast to 1 T and increased the water by about an ounce. Turned out perfect and more importantly - soooo good. A real winner!
